Partnerships

The IAA Foundation, Illinois Farm Bureau’s charitable arm, is pleased to serve as grant administrator for this project.  Program partners with Facilitating Coordination in Agriculture Education (FCAE) are also providing advisory and technical assistance to help ensure program success.  

The need for an Ag Teacher retention incentive program was first identified and realized through Illinois Farm Bureau Strength With Advisory Teams (SWAT).  With a generous initial contribution from Illinois Farm Bureau, the IAA Foundation can begin implementing this grant program while also seeking additional funding partners to fulfill this planned twelve year initiative.
